Guess This 'Part' From Our Body

I just though of sharing this 'part' of our body.

Guess what's this? (clue : this came from our body though not everyone have it)

More clues : It was a part removed. Saw the procedure in the minor OT this morning.

PS : My family went to Melaka today and mum said they had all these superb cendol and Portuguese egg tarts and peranakan food. Eeesh.. makes me hungry only. Jealous! lol.. kidding. Glad they had a good time and i can't stop laughing seeing my bro in his formal shirt. Damn funny! haha :p (this part is totally pointless actually but i just feel like crapping here)
